These include anticipated expenses and opportunity costs, such as childcare for staff and other operational necessities. The retainer helps offset these costs, ensuring that I can deliver the highest quality service.

Opportunity costs represent the potential value lost by holding a reservation slot. The 100% retainer mitigates these costs by securing your appointment and ensuring my availability for your service.

Administrative costs include the expenses related to managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining business operations. The retainer helps cover these costs, allowing for a smooth and efficient booking process.

I accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided upon booking. Please note that I do not accept Venmo or PayPal.

Your retainer confirms your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours of booking.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full service fee will still apply, and no refunds or credits will be issued for shortened appointments due to late arrival.

In the event of inclement weather affecting appointments, you will be notified as soon as possible regarding rescheduling or cancellations. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

Please provide accurate information at the time of booking and complete any necessary paperwork or preparations for your service.

Retainers are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances.

Any disputes regarding payments or services will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court if necessary.
