Booking Requirements

I do not hold dates without a retainer. As I turn away other potential projects to reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure the booking. This ensures my commitment to your project.

Payment for my services is required within 30 days (net 30) of the project completion. Invoices will be provided promptly after the shoot, and timely payment ensures ongoing collaboration.

Please confirm the production schedule, including call times, location, and the number of people requiring makeup services, at least 48 hours before the shoot. This ensures everything runs smoothly and on time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot will forfeit the retainer. I understand that things happen, but this policy ensures I’m able to prioritize committed projects.

All final details, including any special makeup requirements, should be communicated at least one week prior to the shoot to ensure I have the necessary tools and products for the job.
